Due to this scale, we have the opportunity to work on one of the most exciting purchase financing and payment solutions in our country. We are looking for talented people who want to create powerful and stable solutions to support a product with over a dozen million active users.

At Allegro, we develop mobile applications, build tools for listing, showcasing, and searching for offers, enhance aspects related to the purchasing process, payments, billing, and commissions, as well as handling shipping and package tracking. We design content and advertising management tools, and for analytical purposes, we create and maintain data structures that provide informational support to our business teams.

By creating such a rich and diverse ecosystem, we also leverage support from external companies offering employee outsourcing services. That's why we are currently seeking an individual to join our team and assist us in this area.

We are looking for people who

  • Have experience related to working in a company providing IT employee outsourcing services or collaborating with such companies on high-volume projects
  • Possess project management skills
  • Have up-to-date knowledge of trends in the outsourcing market, contract standards, legal requirements associated with the hiring process, and best practices
  • Excel at collaborating with multiple internal clients, capable of identifying their needs and establishing priorities
  • Are comfortable with reports and working with databases, and have experience with Excel, Datastudio, PowerBI, or similar programs
  • Are fluent in business language and thrive in the IT industry's specifics
  • Seek meaningful work (beyond just "management instructed"), take pride in its outcomes, and know how to assess whether the work has yielded desired results
  • Embrace changes in environment, context, and work settings
  • Assertively approach problem-solving and setting priorities in an effective manner
  • Know English at B2 level

Your main responsibilities

  • You will take responsibility for direct collaboration with technology managers to identify key needs related to working with outsourcing companies and IT vendors
  • You will develop and manage a database of contracting companies and IT contractors
  • You will focus on building and maintaining relationships with companies specializing in IT specialists outsourcing and IT vendors
  • You will coordinate projects with IT vendors and outsourcing companies
  • You will support the purchasing department in creating and negotiating contracts, and collaborate with the HR department for activities related to the process of hiring contract workers
  • You will manage the smooth flow of the hiring and contractor management process
  • You will ensure reporting and analysis of the hiring process, available resources, and the creation of hiring plans
  • You will manage the budget
