We are looking for Head of (Senior Manager) Learning and Development who will design and implement the broader people development strategy.

Your Future Challenge:

To design, develop and deliver people development strategy for Allegro Group, preparing our teams and leaders to own Allegro business and organization growth aspirations. Think and act ahead of market and business needs in the areas of maintaining a robust talent bench and building cutting-edge competences across the organization. Shape Allegro cultural transformation and support leadership culture aligned with Company Values.  Take the corporate center / HQ view on people development - unify and/or customize for maximum business impact. Design and optimize learning and development processes and leverage top technologies to ensure active and efficient learning. Ensure optimum investments in learning programs, tools and technology. Work with a dedicated team of experts as well as a broader HR Team. Nurture growth mindset at Allegro. Challenge self, HR colleagues as well as Allegro leaders to continuously learn and bring out the best potential among our current and future employees.  

What will your main responsibilities include?

  • Designing long-term Learning & Development strategy, that will include areas of succession planning, talent management, career paths, change management, performance and competency management as well as people development programs

  • Shaping and promoting culture of continuous learning which enables our employees to grow, increase their capabilities and develop professionally within Allegro

  • Choosing best in class technologies that will support L&D programs and initiatives

  • Improving existing and creating new development programs for individual contributors, leaders, managers and the leadership team

  • Working closely with people managers (across all levels starting from first time leaders to the top management), supporting them in identifying development areas and finding appropriate solutions to address them

  • Supporting implementation of careers pathing to accelerate development and increasing engagement of our employees

  • Supporting diagnosis of capability gaps impacting company strategy and shaping learning solutions that will address those gaps

  • Cooperating with Business Owners and HRBPs to implement innovative and efficient learning solutions or tools according to particular business needs and addressing development strategy

  • Working closely with L&D team - motivating, inspiring and mentoring, supporting in daily problems, focusing on team development 

  • Supporting managers in implementing new working model and strengthening company culture, when are managing teams in various locations

  • Working on adjustments in company guidelines and policies to reflect changes in the Learning & Development strategy

  • Building managers engagement and supporting them in communication across their teams about Learning & Development opportunities across the organization

  • Partnering with Performance Management, Transformation Office, Talent Acquisition in translating strategy into development tools and opportunities

We are looking for people who:

  • Are proven leaders with at least 6-7+ years of experience in a similar role within Learning & Development or HR Business Partnering (including responsibility for creating learning and development strategy, development programs, career paths, talent management etc.)

  • Are passionate about learning and people development, with strong track record of motivating and developing own team

  • Have coaching, mentoring and people development experience

  • Present strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks/projects

  • Display outstanding communication skills and ability to influence and engage key stakeholders as well as build effective working relationships across the company

  • Have strong strategic, analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Are able to work in an agile environment and can respond quickly to business needs

  • Are fluently communicating in English
