What will your main responsibilities include?

• Taking ownership for designing self-service processes that will be rapidly scalable and highly efficient 

• Identifying opportunities in L&D areas: where and how the process management and reengineering can significantly impact efficiency and quality 

• Providing improvement insights to optimise usage of resources 

• Selecting, designing and deploying appropriate mechanisms and tools to measure learning impact

• Delivering an outstanding employees experience through the designed processes and implementing appropriate tools (if necessary)

• Monitoring process improvement roadmaps, process metrics and work towards its progressive increase

• Assisting in analysis of operational excellence metrics by identifying, collecting and synthesizing key measures and performance metric targets 

• Partnering with various HR teams (Talent Acquisition, Performance Team, HR Business Partners) on people projects, to have understanding of critical issue and ensure that process, programs, tools will be coherent and align with other people processes

We are looking for people who:

• Have practical knowledge on improvement methodology (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma and project management) and business analysis

• Are experienced in designing and delivering projects across organization which are scalable and strengthen performance culture

• Have knowledge of HR solutions and extensive interest of L&D processes - it will be an additional advantage

• Present strong strategic thinking capability: are able to connect the dots from different sources, clarify a problem, analyse different possible scenarios, apply both logical and creative skills to work out the recommended solution

• Have experience in communicating solutions, projects/processes to technical and non-technical audiences across all levels of an organization

• Display execution capability: are able to prioritize, create solutions, devise action plans and drive collaboration to deliver objectives

• Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills; are able to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources 

• Present high flexibility and agility to be able to deliver in a fast-paced, changing and high-volume environment, are able to be strategic and tactical when needed

• Communicate fluently in Polish and English
