The Talent Acquisition Team Leader is a new position reporting to Senior Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding Manager who will take ownership of designing, implementing, refining and coordinating scalable recruitment processes to ensure hires of talented candidates for the nontech area of Allegro. This role will be responsible for implementing diverse selection methods to reach the best competences in various areas of business. She/he will be in charge of managing a team of talent acquisition professionals and promote collaborative culture with clear performance expectations. Last but not least, the role will create a unique experience for candidates and hiring managers in the recruitment process. Your day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Being in charge of planning, developing, managing and overseeing talent acquisition strategy for business (non-tech) area of Allegro
  • Supervising team of 5 talent acquisition professionals and promote a collaborative culture with clear performance expectations
  • Implementing diverse talent acquisition methods to reach the best competences in various areas of business 
  • Execution of a yearly recruitment plan
  • Building relationships with stakeholders and advise hiring managers on best practices in talent acquisition
  • Developing and improving the recruitment process for professionals and managerial positions
  • Promoting collaboration between Recruiting Team and business based on ongoing communication, metrics, and reporting
  • Working with internal clients and HR on the estimation of future needs and development of talent pipelines
  • Reporting and measurement of recruiting metrics 
  • Conducting recruitment processes at the director level
  • Implementing activities to improve the unique experience for candidates and hiring managers

You can be a great fit for us if you:

  • Have 8+ years experience in conducting full lifecycle recruitment processes in various areas of operations
  • Have experience working either in an agency or in-house HR team
  • Know how to recruit the best - in your work you are using a variety of different selection methods (e.g. behavioural interview, psychological test, AC/DC) and have expertise in choosing right selection approaches
  • Are a real leader who coaches and supports your team, and have at least 2-years experience in this
  • Are great business savvy with outstanding negotiation competencies - both in Polish and in English
  • Possess knowledge of how to track and measure effectiveness and quality in the recruitment process
  • present problem-solving approach and project management skills
  • Present quality improvement attitude
