Opis stanowiska

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading / Taking active part in pricing initiatives supporting implementation of Commercial Strategy
  • Being able to leverage the existing pricing tools in order to execute price management goals
  • Development and optimization of price management rules 
  • Close cooperation with Price Analytics Team in order to utilize existing pricing data and turn them into recommendations
  • Identifying pricing levers to achieve the desired goals & ex-post analysis of their effectiveness
  • Collaboration with other Departments  (Technology, Commerce, CEX, Finance) in order to implement pricing initiatives
  • Taking active part in price monitoring process

Qualifications we are looking for:

  • 3+ years of commercial experience in a blue chip FMCG/Retail/E-Commerce company or Top-Tier Consulting organization 
  • Prior Revenue Management/Pricing experience will be an additional advantage
  • Prior E-Commerce experience will be an additional advantage
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills
  • Strong persuasion and influencing skills
  • Ability to collaborate and drive alignment on Leadership/Management level
  • Flawless communication in Polish and English
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to challenge status quo
  • Fluent literacy in Microsoft Office
