Responsibilities:

As an Education and Merchant Development Partner, you will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks and projects to help international sellers navigate Allegro and ensure they have all the tools necessary to succeed. If you are a quick leaner and enjoy teaching and sharing your knowledge this is  the perfect role for you. 

Your tasks will include: 

• Preparing and running webinars in Chinese: educational ones for our merchants as well as promotional ones in cooperation with our various partners 

• Developing and creating various content based on merchant needs: articles, instructional videos, courses, guides, etc.

• Improving the materials and processes we currently have 

• Keeping up to date with all new changes, developments, functionalities and campaigns

• Being an expert knowledge source both for merchants and the team

Required Experience/Qualifications:

• Fluency in English and Chinese (min. C1 Level, native preferred)

• Knowledge of Chinese business culture

• Experience conducting trainings (you must be comfortable with public speaking)

• Experience writing and translating articles as well as marketing content

• Experience working with external partners

Skills:

• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

• Knowledge and proficiency of Google Suite and MS Office products 

• Must be well organised and pays attention to details

• Must be a team player

• A quick-learner

• Ability to work to tight deadlines

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Polish

• Previous experience within the e-commerce industry
