Retail Performance Manager

About The Job

In this role, you will be directly responsible for ensuring GMV, Operating Margin, EBITDA, EBITDA Margin are delivered on your portfolio of categories. Also you will take direct responsibility for delivering core Retail KPIs related to its role in Allegro ecosystem (price competitivness, DEX, CEX) on your portfolio of categories. On the organisation side of things you will need to supervise, coach and develop Business Analysts


  • Deploying and monitoring sourcing guidelines on selected categories. Ensuring purchase prices, quantities, sourcing defect rate % and depth of sourcing defect rate % are in line with guidelines
  • Managing products pricing strategy on selected categories at same time being compliant with Categories pricing guidelines and legal principles. Managing promo pricing and stock clearance
  • Managing Delivery Margin on selected categories. Ensuring delivery operator prices are in line with targets. Managing delivery methods portfolio and delivery pricing to consumer. Ensuring SMART offers saturation in line with targets. fulfillment costs reduction
  • Managing fulfillment costs on selected categories. Road mapping interventions to ensure fulfillment costs reduction
  • Tracking fixed costs and corporate costs allocation on selected categories. Ensuring necessary interventions if needed
  • Monitoring Retail GMV delivery on selected categories. Tracking GMV upside from fast-track KVI sourcing, strategic partnerships and Allegro-wide campaigns (e.g. Black Week)
  • Ensuring price competitiveness on top selling assortment in a timely manner. Delivering targeted % of PDR addressability by 1P and offer time to market.
  • Ensuring transitioning to promised and fast deliveries. Maximizing share of next day deliveries and launching innovative delivery services (to SCM)
  • Ensuring seamless customer experience. Maximizing timely deliveries, error-less content creation and fast and quality complaints handling (to SCM I ODT)


  • X-functional experience in Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing & Sales and Strategy
  • Experience in running complex, multidimensional projects
  • IT literacy – ability to participate in discussions regarding software/automated tools development
  • Process orientation - ability to understand and operate within complex process set-up
  • E-Commerce/Retail experience is a strong plus
  • Experience in P&L management is a strong plus
  • Experience in managing a mid-size organization (~10 FTE) is a strong plus
  • E-Commerce/Retail experience is a strong plus.
  • Ability to collaborate and drive alignment on Top Management level
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to challenge status quo

  • Strong persuasion and influencing skills
  • Fluency in English and Polish
  • Fluent literacy in Microsoft Office
