Key Responsibilities include:

• Supporting the Retail Performance Manager in delivering the P&L agenda for a set of Allegro markets
• Tracking performance of Allegro retail markets and monitoring delivery of key KPIs
• Identifying P&L performance improvement opportunities 
• Evaluation of growth opportunities
• Performing root-cause analysis for P&L deviations and recommending corrective actions
• Supporting pricing & promo strategy development and operationalization
• Supporting planning process

Qualifications we are looking for:

• 3+ years of commercial experience in a blue chip E-Commerce/Retail/FMCG company or Consulting organization
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills
• Good understanding of retail/ e-Commerce business model
• Flawless communication in Polish and English
• Strong persuasion and influencing skills
• Fluent literacy in Microsoft Office 
• Prior experience with retail offer management (pricing, promo, portfolio) will be an additional advantage
• Experience with sale forecasting would be an additional advantage
• Knowledge of SQL, R or Python will be an additional asset
