Key responsibilities include:

• Manage Team of Business Analysts to drive concrete insights from data
• Recommend concrete changes in the way we run the business (related ie. to trade planning, pricing, communication etc)
• Generate new growth ideas for the C2C business (partnerships, new revenue streams etc)
• Drive new growth ideas from the incubation to implementation, leading dedicated Business Development Coordinators

Qualifications we are looking for:

• Experience in shaping partnerships / agreements with external parties
• Experience in basic financial modeling
• Experience in team management
• Good written and verbal communication skills incl. professional english (to internal and external stakeholders)
• Experience in shaping partnerships / agreements with external parties
• Sales / negotiations experience appreciated
• Problem solving skills: structuring, driving insights
• Proficiency in English
