Experienced consultant is a key member of the project team working with our executive and leadership team on most important strategic initiatives. The candidate will perform both as an individual and team contributor providing consultancy on initiatives. Experienced consultant’s activities include but are not limited to framing issues, problem-structuring, improving company processes, support transformation and change management. You'll have the opportunity to apply your skills as a proven leader with the ability to inspire others, to build strong relationships, and create a true followership.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Work closely with the executive team and stakeholders on key initiatives, acting as a trusted advisor
  • Challenge the status quo and identify opportunities to drive value for Allegro
  • Drive end-to-end solution definition, including:
    • Problem definition and structuring
    • Running analysis and synthesizing the insights 
    • Developing recommendations and strategies
    • Creating implementation plans
  • Make sure things happen:
    • Follow up on key initiatives to ensure timely delivery
    • Proactively support initiative owners on key questions
    • Help removing identified roadblocks if necessary
  • Establish cross-functional teams and cultivate successful cross-team relationships
  • Support knowledge and capability building within the organization; be a coach for Allegro managers
  • Prepare efficient initiative communication on executive team and board of directors level
  • Have fun at work and help others do the same

Basic qualifications:

  • Top-tier degree, MBA preferred
  • 5+ years of experience from leading companies, preferably including 1-3 years in a leadership role within the business
  • Solid functional knowledge, including but not limited to strategy 
  • Strong quantitative, analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills combined with outstanding business acumen
  • Proven ability to lead teams, motivate others, communicate complex ideas clearly, gain the respect of clients and colleagues, and work collaboratively
  • Entrepreneurial and results-driven achiever​, comfortable with ambiguity
  • Ability to design and develop documentation that meets the needs of the target audience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to respect and appreciate different personalities, ways of thinking, and cultures
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office management skills

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in top consulting firm or in strategy setting in blue-chip environment
  • Experience in e-commerce
  • Knowledge of corporate finance and portfolio management
  • Experience in agile and OKRs frameworks
