Job Description

What will your main responsibilities include?

  • Working closely with the executive team and stakeholders on key initiatives, acting as a trusted advisor
  • Challenging the status quo and identifying opportunities to drive value for Allegro
  • Driving end-to-end solution definition, including:
    • Problem definition and structuring
    • Running analysis and synthesizing the insights 
    • Developing recommendations and strategies
    • Creating implementation plans
  • Making sure things happen:
    • Follow up on key initiatives to ensure timely delivery
    • Proactively support initiative owners on key questions
    • Help removing identified roadblocks if necessary
  • Establishing cross-functional teams and cultivate successful cross-team relationships
  • Supporting knowledge and capability building within the organization; being a coach for Allegro managers
  • Preparing efficient initiative communication on executive team and board of directors level
  • Having fun at work and help others do the same

We are looking for people who:

  • Have top-tier degree, MBA preferred
  • Demonstrate 5+ years of experience from leading companies, preferably including 1-3 years in a leadership role within the business
  • Have solid functional knowledge, including but not limited to strategy 
  • Demonstrate strong quantitative, analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills combined with outstanding business acumen
  • Are able to lead teams, motivate others, communicate complex ideas clearly, gain the respect of clients and colleagues, and work collaboratively
  • Are entrepreneurial and results-driven achievers​, comfortable with ambiguity
  • Are able to design and develop documentation that meets the needs of the target audience
  • Have strong interpersonal and communication skills, are able to respect and appreciate different personalities, ways of thinking, and cultures
  • Are fluent in English
  • Have experience in top consulting firm or in strategy setting in blue-chip environment
  • Demonstrate experience in e-commerce
