Job Description

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a team responsible for generating qualified sales leads / opportunities to achieve all specified key performance indicators
  • Implementing and developing sales optimization tools, being a driving force for brainstorming new approaches for our acquisition 
  • Introducing development programs for new clients and marketing plan realization (PPC, e-mail campaigns, phone contact, etc.)
  • Direct collaboration with potential clients 
  • Executing B2B marketing plans that may include PPC, email campaigns, participation in industry conferences and events
  • Providing short and long term market forecasts, reports, and trends to assist business development in the acquisition of B2B clients
  • Cooperation with several teams in the company: Technology, Customer Service, Commerce and Marketing in order to optimize solutions and build a versatile knowledge about available tools 
  • Leading and ensuring the consistency in the messaging, branding, content, and look-and-feel of all internal and external communications and marketing materials

Qualifications we are looking for:

  • 3+ years of customer service or sales experience, including minimum 2 years in people management
  • In-depth knowledge of client acquisition techniques and strong understanding of e-commerce business 
  • Self-reliance, focus on sales’ goals with an ability to work under time pressure
  • Flawless communication in English
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to challenge the status quo
  • Fluent literacy in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
