Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the Revenue Manager in delivering the revenue agenda for a set of Allegro markets
- Leveraging local revenue management toolbox to holistically support market-level strategy development and execution
- Identifying monetization opportunities in the area of customer accessibility, platform space and additional services
- Co-developing new monetization solutions and implementing them on market level
- Championing revenue management as a center of excellence for pricing and mix strategy
- Strong collaboration across the organization (CEX, DEX, Finance, Technology, Commerce)
Qualifications we are looking for:
- 3+ years of commercial experience in a blue chip FMCG/Retail/E-Commerce company or Top-Tier Consulting organization
- Prior Revenue Management/Pricing experience will be an additional advantage
- Prior E-Commerce experience will be an additional advantage
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills
- Strong persuasion and influencing skills
- Flawless communication in Polish and English
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to challenge status quo
- Fluent literacy in Microsoft Office
