Job Description

The AGS Process Automation Developer will be primarily responsible for creating, implementing and maintaining Workflows/Automations utilizing various process automation technologies.  The Developer will work with multiple teams across the organization to bring innovative ideas to create efficiencies, standardization and to elevate the AGS service offering to our Internal and External Customers.

Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to)

  • Attend client discovery meetings with process owners to develop use cases, process maps and technical requirements for proposed automations.
  • Assist in development of scoping documents for approved automations with a focus on out of the box thinking. Document SOPs for use in future automations.
  • Build automations while keeping leadership updated and communicate any issues or additional needs as soon as they arise
  • Thoroughly document process flows, testing plans, and ticket resolutions
  • Troubleshoot existing processes, monitor KPIs and logs, coordinate with support as needed
  • Understand and work in an agile development environment with the ability to work on numerous automations simultaneously
  • Attend and contribute to in-person handoffs including demos and/or training
  • Participate in the improvement and growth of the team by sharing knowledge, coaching associates, attending trainings, and attaining additional certifications.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyse business processes for improvement
  • Self-motivated and self-managed with a demonstrated analytical ability and curiosity
  • 2+ years experience with any modern coding language (Javascript, .NET, Python, C#, Ruby, etc)
  • 2+ years working in Process Automation with UiPath
  • Familiarity with managing and deploying UiPath bots, assets, machines, etc.
  • Expertise in UiPath REFramework and API Integrations through Integration Service
  • Experience working with UiPath Communications Mining, Process Mining, Document Understanding
  • UiPath Associate Automation Developer certification
  • UiPath Automation Developer Professional certification
  • Degree in business, computer science or related OR relevant work experience
  • Creative approach to problem solving, innovation, and issue resolution
  • Strong technical, organizational and consulting level communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Project management experience, especially managing software implementation
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with stakeholders to determine acceptable solutions
  • Experience working in talent acquisition with VMS, ATS or HRIS systems is a plus
  • Experience working with and training AI/ML models is a plus
  • UiPath Solutions Architect certification is a plus
