Job Description
The Onboarding Administrator will establish and support working partnerships within a fast-paced environment, whist holding themselves and others accountable. They use initiative to prioritise and complete tasks in order of important and report back on issues in a timely manner, offering solutions.
The Administrator will:
- Deliver a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers
- Manage internal inboxes and the self-allocation of work
- Support the team in ensuring contractors are compliant ahead of their start date
- Be responsible for high volumes of data entry, validation of data and integrity for all information entered into key systems
- Partner with internal and external customers to obtain required documentation and information
- Complete ad hoc projects and duties as requested
Qualifications
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy skill
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages
- Previous experience of working with an office or administrative position would be ideal
- Previous exposure to a Customer and/or Sales Support environment would be an advantage
- Good English language skills (verbal and written)
- Customer focused, helpful and willing to support at all times
