Duties:

As a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist, APAC you will be working for our in-house team called TAP, which stands for Talent Acquisition Partners. You will source, screen and shortlist pre-screened candidates, and execute sourcing strategies with a focus on passive & active talent.   • Source qualified candidates for open requisitions within your portfolio, entry, mid to senior roles.
  • Select & qualify candidates based upon culture, skill, & motivational fit. 
  • Communicate recruitment trends and market intelligence with stakeholders to influence hiring decisions.  
  • Proactively pipeline talent and create pre-qualified candidate talent pools in line with the client’s workforce plans.
  • Provide professional advice and open and honest feedback to candidates in a timely manner and in accordance with recruitment best practices.
  • Facilitates recruitment activities with a focus on direct sourcing and work proactively with the team to pipeline in accordance with volume candidate requirements
  • Understanding the contractual recruitment delivery process and carrying out activities accordingly to ensure that KPIs/SLAs are met.
  • Gaining a sound understanding of the designated client business area, including structure nature of business and challenges faced.
  • Communicating market intelligence and acting as a Talent Advisor to hiring managers.
  • Coaching candidates in preparation for interviews and providing them with professional advice and honest feedback in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining contact with existing talent pool candidates to ensure information is current and briefing them on potential current and future opportunities.

Qualifications

Criteria:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in a sourcing/recruiting role, within in-house, RPO &/or agency  
  • Proven ability to perform multiple high-level defined searches for 10-15 openings on average month on month, using relevant recruiting channels (80% sourcing for candidates, 20% BAU/administrative tasks)
  • Role types: Recruitment/TA, HR, Operations, Leadership, Niche/Specialised roles etc.
  • Experience in recruiting in APAC is required, such as Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, Thailand etc. 
  • Proven ability to creatively recommend sourcing strategies utilizing Boolean search logic, job boards, associations, social recruiting, and internet searches.
  • Strong knowledge of technology (ATS/CRM, Outlook, Web, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
