Job Description

The Implementation Consultant is responsible for implementing MSP and RPO operational services with a supporting SaaS vendor system.The Implementation Consultant will lead requirements gathering sessions, conduct gap analysis, design future state process maps, and test system configuration based on approved requirements.The Implementation Consultant may do hands-on configuration. The Implementation Consultant will be the project Change Management Expert, developing a Change Strategy Plan, drafting change documents and leading program adoption efforts.

The Implementation Consultant liaises with all project teams to ensure the proposed solution considers specific workstream requirements and is holistically a solution benefitting all aspects of the MSP solution. The Implementation Consultant will have 1-3 years of direct consulting and/or process efficiency experience.

 

Responsibilities

  • Leads complex enterprise analysis sessions with multiple Client Teams to gather requirements, define, and design future state business processes based on customer needs
  •  Actively seeks ways to apply business process efficiencies via technology, consulting on market and technical trends and recommending best practices resulting in operational gain
  • Partners with functional and technical subject matter experts (internal and external) and develops alternative technical or business solutions; advises on options, risks, costs versus benefits, and impact on other business processes and system priorities
  • Responsible for ensuring configuration is accurate based on business and technical requirements; including, but not limited to: completing end-to-end configuration testing, coordinating and leading Client User Testing, documenting and tracking test results and ensuring issues are resolved in a timely manner
  • Leads all change management activities by defining client-specific strategies, consulting on best practice and formulating actionable plans to deploy change management efforts
  • Drafts and owns all process documentation, manuals, communications and training materials relevant to the future state program and change management activities
  • Trains and mentors new and/or junior members of the team
  • Dedicates effort to enhance implementation methodology by identifying and deploying process improvement strategies across team
  • Identifies and documents Implementation best-practices and socializes them across AGS teams appropriate
  • Mentors and/or trains new Implementation Team members

Qualifications

Required Skills

  • Thorough understanding of the end-to-end Contingent Workforce Management process, including successful process and system implementation strategy and execution
  •  Experience in process improvement or business process re-engineering, involving multi-faceted systems or processes and utilizing tools and techniques to make business impact
  • Experience in process mapping and business process modeling
  • Demonstrated ability to sift through ambiguity, solving technical and business problems; effectively present conceptual information to all levels of internal and external management
  • Demonstrated competency in strategic thinking with strong abilities in relationship management, working with demanding stakeholders, and driving change adoption
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams to solve complex business problems and meet project deliverables
  • Advanced in leading client discussions and driving project teams to decision consensus 
  • Demonstrated competency in self-discipline and independently completing project deliverables
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced in ability to maintain very detailed documentation, including but not limited to process maps, operational manuals and training material.
  • Intermediate knowledge of all AGS VMS partner platforms and advanced knowledge on at least one of them.
  • Expert with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Vision.
  • Fundamental knowledge of Microsoft Project and project management tools.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%

Experience & Education

  • One to Three (1-3) years of MSP or RPO experience
  • One to Three (1-3 of VMS or ATS experience
  • Two+ (2+) years of implementation or project experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Business Process Modelling or other project management certification preferred
