Job Description

As the Senior Recruiter, you will lead the successful fulfillment of open vacancies with hiring managers and to be the first point of contact for their hiring needs. As the Senior Recruiter, you will focus on high-end/specialized roles within a client account. You will work collaboratively with and provide direction to the team of Recruitment Sourcing Specialists and Recruitment Coordinators located in the Recruitment Delivery Center (RDC).

Reporting into the Recruitment Operations Manager/Account Leader, you will assist in driving best practices across the recruitment lifecycle and strive to be an ambassador for the Allegis Global Solutions brand at every interaction.

Your duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Developing strong and positive relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders and maintaining a stakeholder matrix to ensure delivery against communication objectives.
  • Communicating market intelligence and acting as a Talent Advisor to hiring managers providing specialist advice on the domain area of expertise.
  • Coaching candidates on how to prepare for selection stages.
  • Identifying and escalating risk and compliance issues.
  • Developing a full understanding of the contractual recruitment delivery process and carrying out activities accordingly to ensure that account KPIs/SLAs are met.
  • Undertaking recruitment activities with a focus on direct sourcing.
  • Managing requisitions through accurate documentation of all recruitment-related data and information as per current recruitment legislation and agreed client process at all times.
  • Providing recruitment guidance and advice to the Recruitment Sourcing Specialists and Recruitment Coordinators located in the RDC and assisting the Account Director with induction and training of new team members.
  • Utilizing specialist industry knowledge to assist with the development and ongoing management of pre-qualified Talent Pools in collaboration with the Recruitment Sourcing.

Qualifications

  • Ideally 4-6 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment within the staffing industry or Corporate HR, preferably with a global organization (in-house and RPO experience)
  • Must have strong stakeholder management dealing with HMs on a senior level and key customers
  • Prior experience conducting behavioral-based interviews for a variety of roles.
  • Successful experience managing multiple searches, and stakeholders, at different stages of the recruitment lifecycle at the same time.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Functional computer skills and software knowledge, prior experience in using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks concurrently and to tight deadlines.
  • Tertiary qualifications in business or a related discipline. Bachelor’s preferred.
