Job Description

The Programme Specialist will report to the Programme Executive and will be responsible for supporting the day to day operations of a new managed workforce recruitment programme, working with a well known insurance provider.

We are looking for a recruitment professional with excellent recruitment process knowledge, stakeholder management experience, who is comfortable working in a broad role that spans the entire recruitment life cycle. Previous experience in managing third party vendors, on-boarding and compliance would be highly beneficial for this role.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing relationship with local hiring managers and managing their temporary recruitment requests
  • Record and maintains information regarding recruitment agency performance and hiring manager requirements
  • Responsibilities will include carrying out vacancy qualification meetings with hiring managers, briefing 3rd party suppliers, screening incoming CV’s, supporting hiring managers scheduling interviews if needed, on boarding and contractor management activities
  • Manage local relations with client and agencies
  • Assure customer satisfaction and resolves all local issues with customer and agencies
  • Monitor successful achievement of local service level agreements
  • Provide statistical analysis support and other duties as client’s needs dictate
  • Provide periodic programme status reports to the Programme Executive as required
  • Lead or support project work and initiatives that adds value to the program
  • Any other ad hoc tasks deemed necessary to manage the program

Qualifications

  • Business fluent German and English language knowledge
  • Demonstrable staffing industry experience
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience with Excel and PowerPoint to analyze and present complex data to clients
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing, verbally, interpersonal, and in presentations
  • Able to interact and communicate with all levels of management and staff
  • Detail oriented with a structured mindset, critical thinker, problem solver
  • Strong customer service and advisory skills
  • Ability to prioritize and handle fluctuating workload

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Swiss Human Resource qualifications
  • Understands and speaks Swiss German
  • Experience working in MSP operations
  • Working knowledge of VMS tools such as Beeline, IQN, Fieldglass or Coupa CW
