Job Description

Utilise your Japanese language skills to develop a career in Talent Acquisition as you build and maintain excellent relationships with hiring managers and vendors/suppliers. Manage the full lifecycle of the recruitment process: Requisition Intake, Shortlisting, Sourcing Management, Onboarding, Worker-Assignment, Offboarding and Reporting. 

  • Act as a Talent Advisor to support our clients through the requisition fulfilment process to ensure quality talent is acquired in a timely manner
  • Participate in client meetings to review strategic recruitment initiatives and manage requisition intake sessions to gather detailed job descriptions to distribute to your suppliers
  • Candidate review and shortlisting
  • Advise hiring managers on status of requirements and monitor supplier sourcing strategies to ensure timely response
  • Coach, manage and oversee performance of participating staffing suppliers including scorecard reviews, performance, metric adherence and strategic conversations
  • Track resolution of any challenges through to completion ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Monitor performance against contract SLA’s, invoicing, time & expense entry, vendor compliance tracking and maintain activity/ performance reports
  • Ensure all paperwork is accurate and timely

  • Professional level Japanese language skills
