Job Description

As a Talent Assessor, you will evaluate the candidate pool for your client’s organization and be an ambassador for Allegis Global Solutions brand at every interaction. You will…  

  • Review applicants that apply to the clients ATS and short list those that appear to be a good fit for the role.  
  • Follow defined phone screen templates and verbally qualify candidates for fit against the defined criteria for the role. 
  • Update the candidate’s details and status in the client’s ATS. 
  • Assist with the interview scheduling process where necessary - including gathering the candidate’s availability and confirming the interview date, time and location.

Qualifications

Do you have the following?  

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet daily objectives.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
  • Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) with all levels of the organization.
