If you have the passion, then we have the opportunity for you. We're recruiting for a Recruitment Marketing Manager to join one of our most iconic global clients onsite in  their centrally located office in Hong Kong.

This is a unique opportunity where you'll partner with the Senior Recruitment Marketing Manager to develop and deliver the Asia Talent Acquisition marketing strategy. You'll support the Senior Recruitment Marketing Manager and director in implementing projects related to recruitment marketing, social media and digital marketing initiatives.

Your Opportunity:

Reporting to the Senior Recruitment Marketing Manager, you'll act as the Talent Acquisition Regional Subject Matter Expert (SME) for social media and recruitment marketing. You'll partner with our onsite teams to increase engagement and implement and drive the social media strategy. In addition to this, you'll partner with the local People (HR) and Talent Acquisition teams to provide make sure the internal and external campaigns run seamlessly.

But we won't stop you there.

You'll be responsible for managing and executing content development and creative social media campaigns. You'll also develop the growth strategy for the regional talent community. As an SME you'll also help educate and train the HR and Talent Acquisition teams on tools and technology available and create key performance indicators and reporting metrics for marketing initiatives and measuring ROI. 

Qualifications

About you:

Someone who is a confident self-starter, hands on, motivated, proactive and extremely well organised is just who we're looking for! You'll be a social media guru, with a deep passion for and good understanding of all things recruitment marketing. You'll have some work experience in advertising or digital marketing and will have thorough knowledge of social media channels, tools and reporting. You'll be a master copywriter, with the ability to create editorials with a high level of attention to detail.

Our client’s business languages are English, Cantonese and Mandarin, so a native/ near native trilingual reader and writer in both, is a real plus
