All Hands Home Care is looking for a compassionate, dependable, and caring Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) and/or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team.

In this role, you will provide high-quality, personalized care while helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and as independent as possible in the comfort of their own homes.

What You'll Do

• Provide compassionate, respectful, and dependable care to clients.

• Assist clients with personal hygiene and personal care.

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including dressing, grooming, bathing, toileting, and other personal care needs as appropriate.

• Assist with serving meals and feeding clients as needed.

• Assist clients with ambulation, positioning, mobility, and transfers as appropriate.

• Provide fresh water, nourishment, and assistance between meals.

• Maintain a clean, safe, comfortable, and healthy environment.

• Respond promptly and appropriately to clients' needs.

• Develop positive relationships and build trust with clients and their families.

• Observe and communicate changes in a client's condition or needs to the appropriate care team member.

• Accurately complete required documentation, forms, reports, logs, and records.

• Follow care plans, company policies, procedures, and professional standards.

• Maintain strict confidentiality of client and patient information.

• Participate in training and educational opportunities to maintain and improve your skills.

• Maintain required certifications and licensure.

• Work professionally and collaboratively with clients, families, and the care team.

What We're Looking For

• Current Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) and/or CNA certification as applicable.

• Previous experience in home health, nursing, caregiving, or patient care preferred.

• Experience assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) is a plus.

• Compassionate, caring, and patient personality.

• Ability to build rapport and meaningful relationships with clients.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work respectfully and effectively with clients and their families.

• Dependable, responsible, and committed to providing excellent care.

• Ability to follow instructions, care plans, policies, and procedures.

• Commitment to maintaining client dignity, privacy, safety, and independence.
