Job Description
As an Account Manager, you will work from our Cerritos, CA office, while also spending time in the field across your assigned territory. You’ll build relationships with referral sources, manage provider communication, and oversee clinical staffing efforts. You’ll also play a key role in interviewing and managing field clinicians assigned to your region. This position blends healthcare coordination, business development, and provider support.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with referral sources to drive home health referrals.
- Educate providers about Home Health Links’ services and coordinate ongoing communication.
- Collaborate with licensed clinicians (PT, OT, ST, RN) to ensure timely staffing and visit compliance.
- Supervise and support Provider Support staff.
- Assist with interviewing, onboarding, and managing field clinicians in your territory.
- Track referral trends and operational performance; report progress to management.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in healthcare sales, home health, or case management.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of home health operations and compliance.
- Tech-savvy — familiar with CRMs and scheduling systems.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle (travel up to 25%).
Additional Information
Compensation is commensurate with experience, $50,000-$55,000k annually, plus commission incentives.

Travel required: Approximately up to 25% of the time, with mileage reimbursement in accordance with California Labor Code 2802.
