ALHALEES STORY

Our journey started in 1952 when our late father, Youssef AlHalees, founded a small neighborhood grocery store in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, named Palestine Grocery.

His vision was to grow his little store into a more significant establishment that serves the community. Indeed, after several years of hard work and dedication, the AlHalees group was founded in 1982. The AlHalees name continued to expand and service many industries from that day on, including food services, groceries, related goods, industrial equipment, central kitchen, catering gear, packaging lines, and more.

JOB OVERVIEW

Greet customers and direct them to the appropriate sections for their needs within the store, provide accurate product features, prices, warranty services, and after-sales services for products, and answer customer questions about specific products or services. 

1- Help achieve the annual target set for branch sales.
2- Connect and communicate with customers, follow their feedback and requirements, and work to solve their problems following the policies adopted.
3- Develop relationships with existing customers by periodically communicating with them via phone, visit, or email.
4- Issue periodic reports of sales processes and required documents and send them to the direct administrator.
5- Supervising spare parts and equipment arrangement within the exhibition and maintaining cleanliness and layout.
6- Supervising loading of spare parts and equipment to and from the exhibition (warehouse).

Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration .

Three years of experience in selling Food & Beverage Equipment.

Presentable and should have high ability to convince.

To have full knowledge of food & beverage equipment and its specifications.
