Our journey started in 1952 when our late father Youssef AlHalees founded a small neighborhood grocery store in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and named it Palestine Grocery.

His vision was to grow his little store into a more significant establishment that serves the community. Indeed, after several years of hard work and dedication, the AlHalees group was founded in 1982. The AlHalees name continued to expand and service a wide range of industries from that day on, including food services, groceries, related goods, industrial equipment, central kitchen, catering gear, packaging lines, and more.

JOB OVERVIEW

To Guide the marketing department by evaluating and developing marketing strategies, planning, preparing, and communicating annual marketing plans to those involved. Building awareness and positioning for the company's image and brand. Working closely with the sales department to develop a pricing strategy that will help the company maximize profits and market share.

 

 

Job Description

  • Overseeing marketing department and leading the marketing team.
  • Develop and execute marketing, promotional, and communications strategies that position Alhalees brand, drive lead generation, and generate product awareness by engaging prospects and clients.
  • Manage annual marketing budget and evaluate marketing activities using ROI, productivity, and performance metrics.
  • Create and maintain branding standards and lead design concepts to meet the organization's business objectives.
  • Support the development of sales programs to achieve sales/retention targets.
  • Researching demand for Alhalees products and services.
  • Create a yearly calendar of campaigns and events.
  • Producing marketing and promotional materials.
  • Develop an annual budget for marketing campaigns and marketing material.
  • Communicate the brand identity with the team.
  • Oversee social media strategies and implementation.

Qualifications

CERTIFICATION and COMPETENCIES:

  • Bachelor/ Master’s degree in marketing or MBA.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a managerial position in the related field.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in speech and writing.
  • A customer-focused attitude.
  • Strong drive for results.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze problems and create a solution.
