Job Description

Position responsible for inputting customer’s data accurately into the CBase/Link systems in a timely manner. Provide production and packing reports to operations. Additional responsibilities include:

Main Accountabilities
Responsible for creating reports
Perform meal ordering, counts/upcounts, flight information and revisions
Responsible for troubleshooting and providing general support
Produce flight paperwork
Assist other departments as assigned
Perform clerical duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
1 year clerical experience and basic computer/technical knowledge
Familiar with Sky Chefs projects a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office products
Able to type 50 WPM
Ability to work with minimum supervision
Strong analytical, verbal, written, interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast paced environment with large groups – must be flexible
Bilingual a plus (English/Spanish)
