About the role

As the Project Manager for our Building Remediation Team you will be hands on from the beginning estimate to completion. The role encompasses estimating, programming, procurement and stakeholder management whilst working closely with your Site Manager to deliver the project. The position is based out of our Helensvale office with the projects predominantly on the Gold Coast.

This role requires an experienced individual with a strong track record of project delivery experience. Ideally you will:

• Have experience in remedial/rectification works
• Be innovative, remedial solutions sometimes require a creative approach
• Approvals knowledge having worked with building certifiers

About You 

You will be an experienced PM who is happy to work closely with the Site Manager and the client. Communication, programming, and construction knowledge are essential for this role. Exposure to concrete podiums, facades hard/soft scaping will be highly regarded but not essential.

The successful person will preferably be: 

• Well-presented and an excellent communicator
• Have experience in remedial project works
• Located on the Gold Coast
• Minimum 5 years’ experience
• Tertiary Qualified (or equivalent)
