Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an Engineering professional to join the Huntly Mining group as a Control Systems Engineer.

The Control Systems Engineer provides engineering expertise, business knowledge and personal capabilities primarily to support the electrical/control systems throughout the WA mining fixed plant systems.  The Control Systems Engineer supports a continuous improvement process which delivers the high level of equipment reliability and performance necessary to achieve the organisation’s production, cost and quality objectives.

It also provides a lead role in process support, equipment reliability and continuous improvement.  The needs of the process will provide the framework within which the Control Systems Engineer and other team members will prioritise and distribute the work

Qualifications

To be considered for this role you must hold an Electrical or relevant Engineering degree, have a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience and be able to demonstrate well developed interpersonal, communication and team work skills.  Experience in industrial control systems will be considered an advantage.
