As a Compensation & Benefits Manager your prime function will be to provide compensation and benefits compliance, analysis & recommendations for compensation decisions to Alcoa businesses in Europe. Ensuring talent is compensated in line with market positioning and positions are evaluated relative to peers is a key purpose of the role. To remain competitive to the market with a gender diverse and inclusive talent focused organisation the position needs to ensure changes in legislation and markets are reflected are in compensation and benefits policy and processes for Alcoa in Europe. At the same time reflect the strategies of the business in maintaining market competitiveness and profitability.

Reporting to the Director Compensation & Benefits, Australia & Europe qualified candidates will have excellent data analysis skills to complete comprehensive market relativity reviews, provide recommendations, assist with reportable requirements, employee compensation & benefits governance and evaluate positions. Building and maintaining customer relationships is key element of the role.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates will have a bachelor degree in Human Resources, Commerce or similar, along with extensive experience and knowledge in remuneration & benefits, analytics and external reporting. Workday or other HR system implementations, taxation reporting or executive remuneration experience would be highly valued.
