Our goal is for our app to become your global lifestyle companion, with the ability to offer you bespoke recommendations while consistently saving you time and effort, through an end-to-end digital booking experience.
As an Albertine Private Lifestyle Manager you will be delivering a personalised, first-class service to U/HNW individuals via the messaging channel on our built-for-purpose app.
Job Description
- Provide a high-touch, proactive service to our members utilising our dedicated CRM and app.
- Take full ownership of members' requests across travel, dining, luxury retail, and experiences to deliver a seamless member experience.
- Provide timely updates to the member so that they can relax once a request has been submitted.
- Work with a number of suppliers across aviation, hospitality, gastronomy, and luxury retail to elevate the members' experience.
- Understand members preferences and record these within the CRM so that you can provide a personalised and proactive level of service.
- Provide member feedback and insight to the wider team to ensure that learnings are collectively gained.
- Be passionate about our product – be on the constant look out for ways to elevate our processes and service.
- Be aware of performance by tracking key service KPIs and identify areas of enhancement across the member experience team.
Qualifications
- Professional presentation; ability to communicate effectively with high-end clients both verbally and in writing.
- A background in luxury customer service or sales would be beneficial.
- Ability to work to a tight deadline and remain calm with time pressure.
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Creative problem solving
- Accurate with entering and recording data and requests.
- Strong IT skills in applications such as excel, word, email applications, internet browsers and the ability to learn new applications quickly.
- Ability to absorb extensive information around luxury travel, villas, dining and a real flair in relation to wowing our members.
- Enjoy working for a fast paced start-up work environment that has an open and exciting culture.
Additional Information
This is a salaried role with a generous bonus. Our team works together every Wednesday and Thursday on-site in our central London office with the option to work on-site as often as you wish or work from home for the remainder of the week.
