Marketing Operations Manager
- Boston, MA, USA
Amazing product experiences drive sales. Akeneo PXM Studio helps more than 80,000 worldwide merchants create and share engaging omnichannel product experiences.
Our software is designed to simplify product information processes and helps companies looking for efficient answers to their multichannel needs. Our solution helps merchants to centralize, translate and control the quality of the product information, and effectively distribute that information to all sales channels, leading to higher conversion rates, better SEO, shorter time-to-market and lower product return rates. Made.com, Kurt Geiger, Samsung, and many other companies choose Akeneo to improve their product enrichment processes.
Akeneo is at the forefront of shaping a market category and elevating product experience management (PXM) to the same level as customer experience management (CXM). After all, companies can invest in building an amazing buyer journey only to fall flat when it comes to ensuring that their product meets the buyer’s expectations, in the channel, in the context, in the language, in the moment that they are buying.
As a global multicultural company, we are proud of our inclusive culture which embraces diverse voices, backgrounds, and perspectives. We don’t just celebrate our differences, we believe our diversity is what empowers our innovation and success. If this matches your goals and interests, we hope you consider joining our team!
As a fast-growing SaaS company, we are scaling rapidly to keep up with market demand. We are growing all of our teams and looking for people who share our values, deliver innovation frequently, and join us in our mission to grow our customer base from 550 happy paying customers today to thousands.
The Marketing Operations Manager will help Akeneo’s marketing team design, implement, integrate, and operate world-class marketing technology so that we can automate critical tasks, measure and report on outcomes, and make better decisions. Collaborating with a team of revenue operations managers, you will support the global marketing team who work in email marketing, paid advertising, content marketing, event marketing, website operations, marketing analytics, and CRM.
The successful candidate will understand how the marketing team achieves its growth objectives and how marketing technology and automation can accelerate that growth.
The Marketing Operations Manager will ensure strategic process alignment between marketing, sales, post-sales and across applications, data, insights, actions, metrics, and goals. As an experienced CRM/Marketing Automation systems administrator, this individual will build frameworks within our systems and optimize our use of the martech stack as directed. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders globally to minimize CX gaps and maximize program outcomes, integrating efforts toward revenue and customer goals.
If you have helped design, source, implement, integrate, test, and optimize marketing technology stacks in a B2B role, preferably for a technology company, we’d love to hear from you.
