Role: Duck Creek Policy Developer
Location: Milwaukee, WI -Remote OK
Type: Contract

Technical Skills Primary:
•    Minimum 10 years of experience in IT with at least 5 years in Duck Creek Policy development
•    Strong hands-on experience with Duck Creek Author Express and Manuscript tools
•    Deep understanding of insurance domain concepts especially PC Property Casualty
•    Lead the design development and implementation of Duck Creek Policy solutions
•    Collaborate with business analyst’s architects and client stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
•    Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team
•    Ensure high-quality code delivery and adherence to best practices and coding standards
•    Conduct code reviews performance tuning and troubleshooting
•    Act as the primary technical point of contact for the client
•    Participate in solution architecture discussions and provide strategic input
•    Support integration with third party systems and legacy platforms
•    Technical Skills Secondary Nice to have NOT MANDATORY
•    Proficiency in SQL and ability to write complex queries for data validation
•    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
 
Soft Skills:
•    Possess strong written and oral communication skills
•    Strong ability to work with client stakeholders mid and Senior level
•    Requirement Review and Work Effort Estimation
