Job Title: Release and Change Manager
Location: Chicago, IL - Onsite
Type: Contract

Required skills:
•    Plan, coordinate, and manage production application releases and changes lifecycle knowledge. Interaction with development, QA, operations, infrastructure, and business teams experience.
•    Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and DevOps practices
•    Release management tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps)
•    Expertise with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools like ServiceNow, Remedy, or Jira.
•    Understanding of VCS systems such as Git as well as (CI/CD) methodologies and AWS knowledge required.

Nice to have skills:
Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL Certification, Certified Release Manager) are preferred

Minimum: Expertise in Production Release of cloud applications, ITSM tools (Service Now) and CI/CD framework and tools experience.
