Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP BusinessObjects (BO) Developer / Consultant to design, develop, and maintain Business Intelligence (BI) solutions using the SAP BO suite. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of reporting, dashboarding, and data modeling using tools such as Web Intelligence (Webi), Crystal Reports, and Universe Design Tool (UDT) or Information Design Tool (IDT).

Key Responsibilities:
•    Design and develop interactive reports and dashboards using SAP BO tools (Webi, Crystal Reports, Dashboards).
•    Create and maintain Universes (UDT/IDT) for efficient and scalable data access.
•    Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
•    Optimize performance of existing BO reports and data sources.
•    Support end-users with report creation, troubleshooting, and training.
•    Implement security and access control in BO platform.
•    Collaborate with data warehouse and ETL teams for report sourcing.
•    Participate in system upgrades, testing, and migration activities.

Required Qualifications:
•    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
•    3–7 years of experience with SAP BO suite (Webi, UDT/IDT, Crystal Reports, BO CMC).
•    SAP certification in BusinessObjects is must.
•    Strong SQL skills and understanding of relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server).
•    Experience integrating BO with SAP BW or SAP HANA is a plus.
•    Understanding of BI architecture, data modeling, and data visualization best practices.
•    Familiarity with SAP BO Admin tasks (scheduling, publishing, access management).
