Job Description

Responsible for managing and enhancing the Consumer Insights and Market Research delivery for Ajaib

  • Deliver and enhance research quality

  • Manage the complete process of planning and executing custom research studies, both qualitative and quantitative, to support Ajaib's business growth

  • Demonstrate full ownership and accountability on the assigned area delivery.

  • Be the champion of customer voices

As a strategic thought partner to the brand and product marketing team

  • Provide insights and recommended action to support the brand and product in realizing the company's goal

  • Partner with Brand & Product Marketing, Data team to consolidate the internal data analysis with market & consumer insights

  • Provide salient consumer learnings to aid in the development of a successful product-related communication campaign

  • Drive, manage, and enhance brand measurement and equity study

  • Own consumer segmentation and ongoing view of consumer personas for the assigned markets

Qualifications

  • Graduated from reputable universities majoring in Marketing, Psychology, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science or relevant field

  • Have minimum 3-5 years of experience working in research agencies/data analytics firms/consumer insight team in the client-side or relevant industry

  • Good communication skills, verbally and written

  • Good analytical skill is a must

  • Able to work in a team and have a proactive and passion to learn

  • Have knowledge on primary research (can be from academic research or other types of research)

  • Have high attention to detail

  • Comfortable working with data (qualitative and quantitative data)

  • Self-driven, ability to manage multiple projects and other responsibilities and at the same time able to clearly prioritize/effectively delegate tasks is a plus. Able to perform under pressure and ambiguity

  • Able to work and composure to work and deliver in a fast-paced environment
