Job Description

1. Develop business strategy based on business performance & user’s insight:
- Track & conduct analysis on business performance
- Address business problems and point out the actionable insight
- Able to point out challenges from marketing and product part and address the solution
- Create overall plan from strategy & implementation

2. Leading Marketing Campaigns & Activities
- Create marketing plan based on the business data and insight
- Develop the best promo & coupon mechanism within the budget
- Lead and manage marketing campaigns and projects with excellent execution in relevant channel
- Provide evaluation and recommendation in every campaign or activities for further product growth
- Managing the project including setting the target & budget, and track the deliverables

3. Manage and collaborate with relevant stakeholders
- Collaborate with all marketing channels for excellent marketing execution
- Collaborate with Product team to improve metrics conversion
- Create insights for the Product team to develop the product from a user point of view
- Work closely with growth team to identify the business challenges 

Qualifications

- Bachelor Degree, preferably in Marketing, Management, Finance
- Min 3 years of experience in Product Marketing or Growth, preferable from start-up companies
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with good attention to details
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well with various team background
- Deep analytical skill
- Have a great creativity on creating a marketing plan and activities
- Proactive, high agility, able to think & execute fast, to match the competitive environment, multitasking
- Have a great communication and project management skill
