Job Description

  • Facilitate internal & external training process 

  • Facilitate leader to create development program plan for employee

  • Monitoring talents to make sure their development plan is implemented.

  • Facilitate and ensure promotion process running accordingly 

  • Create & run culture implementation program

  • Evaluate & improve culture implementation programs

  • Build Agent of Change (AoC) to support culture internalization process

 

Qualifications

  • Senior Level min 3 years experience in Culture & Training Development
  • Prefer from dynamic industry (tech industry, etc)
  • Experience in internalize & implement culture
  • Creative, People Oriented, Great interpersonal skill
