Job Description

  • Develop Ajaib marketing strategy to achieve metrics on user acquisition, in-product conversion and resulting end metrics (e.g., trading volume)
  • Coordinate to implement strategy through marketing channels team and product team
  • Oversaw important marketing metrics in coordination with marketing channels team (e.g., performance marketing, social media), product team and data team
  • Manage budget and monitor budget spend effectiveness against company’s KPIs
  • Leverage marketing insights from data and user interviews to make decisions
  • Lead and mentor team to develop skillset, team culture and career path, as well as recruiting the right talents to build a highly effective team

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing, product management or strategic marketing from Tech company/ E-commerce/ agency/ Consulting firms
  • Demonstrate exceptional strategic thinking with structured communication and data-driven critical thinking
