Job Description

  • Supervise Account Opening staff to ensure efficient and secure customer onboarding in Ajaib app
  • Monitor and ensure day-to-day activities run smoothly
  • Solve real-time problems by liaising with multiple parties internally and externally
  • Ensure all agents are able to meet QA requirements

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in business operations or other relevant roles
  • Experience in financial institutions is preferred but not required
