Job Description

  • The BizOps & Strategy team is divided into small squads, each tackling specific important business problems or new initiatives
  • Structure complex and ambiguous business issues
  • Gather and analyze large amounts of information quickly and problem solve effectively
  • Develop compelling, insightful recommendations to improve business operations
  • Build consensus among cross-functional teams and influence decision-making within leadership audiences
  • Work closely with operations, product managers, compliance, and functions to operationalize recommendations

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in management, engineering or other relevant majors
  • 2+ years of experience in consulting, growth, product management, business operations or other relevant roles
  • Experience in management consulting or big tech is preferred but not required
  • Highly analytical and obsessed with the customer experience
