Job Description

  • Monitor and maintain quality of Customer Support from all agents
  • Analyze and investigate errors or reported quality issues to ensure closure in accordance with company guidelines and external regulatory requirements
  • Training and support Customer Support team on operational procedures and processes

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, business operations or other relevant roles
  • Experienced managing 2+ people
  • Highly analytical and obsessed with the customer experience
