Job Description

  • Manage Account Maintenance, including performing daily customer data reconciliation
  • Identify and analyze reconciliation discrepancies and develop solutions to minimize discrepancies
  • Work with multiple departments to drive data improvement projects for internal operations improvements and compliance to regulators
  • Proactively escalate and/or propose ideas to Customer Operations management team on how to improve reconciliation process
  • Maintenance of High Risk Customers

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2+ years of experience in business operations or other relevant roles
  • Experience in stock brokerage or financial institutions is preferred but not required
  • Highly analytical and obsessed with the customer experience
