Job Description

  • Create, plan and consult on each function’s KPI development and maintenance
  • Develop and manage performance appraisal and people development evaluation
  • Maintain organizational structure based on the organizational needs
  • Manage job analysis, evaluation and job description as well as job grading
  • Show expertise in strategy development and execution, planning and facilitation for every business functions


  • Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university, preferably majoring in Management, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics or equivalent
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in same/related position
  • Fluent in English and is communicative
  • Proactive and independent
  • Excellent numerical ability, analytical thinking, and attention to details
  • Highly proficient in using MS. Excel and Google Spreadsheet
