Job Description


  • Ensure a good pipelining activities particularly in hotel acquisition by setting up individual work target
  • Initiating good relationship with hotel clients and representing Airy Rooms in a professional manner
  • Conducting sales presentation to potential clients and delivering business solutions that would satisfy them
  • Engaging in collaborative way yet with enthusiasm in delivering our values  
  • Coordinating across department for speedy acquisition-to-transformation processes to enable Airy Rooms launching
  • Maintaining a good communication with clients and smooth transition process

  • Demonstrated ability to create and develop good business development pipelining activities 
  • Demonstrated ability acquire a large number of clients 
  • Excellent learning skills, attention to details, and a bias to proactively resolving issues and results-driven.

  • Ability to build effective relationships with key stakeholders including senior management and property owners

  • Proficiency in using email, online collaborative tools and Ms. Office


  • S1 degree holder majoring in business, marketing, hospitality or relevant fields
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales or business development preferably coming from hotel industry
  • Good negotiation skill
  • Good account management skill, target oriented, and driven personality
  • Good understanding in hotel industry
  • Excellent communication and analytical skill
  • Ability to engage with owners, CXO, or high level executives in hotel  
  • Possess good confident in representing Airy Rooms with professional manner
