Job Description

Role Overview

This role is ideal for a bilingual (Spanish-English) professional with deep experience in telecom infrastructure, VoIP systems, network engineering, and cross-functional project coordination. You’ll manage end-to-end delivery of telecom and network projects, working with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage telecom/network projects from planning to execution.
  • Oversee installations and upgrades of VoIP infrastructure, SD-WAN, and network equipment.
  • Analyze SIP traffic and network performance to ensure service quality and cost efficiency.
  • Manage legacy PBX systems and cloud-hosted VoIP platforms (FusionPBX, Cisco UC).
  • Collaborate with carriers and vendors for provisioning and service delivery.
  • Maintain project documentation, timelines, and stakeholder communications.
  • Train and mentor technical staff on operational procedures and tools.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, technical, and customer service standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, or Business Administration.
  • 5+ years of experience in telecom project management or network engineering.
  • Proven success managing large-scale deployments and multi-vendor environments.
  • Strong understanding of VoIP, SIP, SD-WAN, GPON, and network technologies.
  • Experience with tools like JIRA, Visio, Remedy, Quickbase, and BPMS.
  • Certifications: Scrum Master, CCaaS/UCaaS Solutions, or equivalent.
  • Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, VPNs, and server/network troubleshooting.
  • Experience integrating CRMs with IVRs using REST APIs.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams remotely.
