Job Description

AireSpring senior executive position responsible for nationwide, and international, end-to-end customer order service delivery, for all products and services.  This includes:

  • Project coordination
  • Post-sales enterprise service engineering and design
  • Test and Turn-Up
  • Voice provisioning (TFN, DID, HPBX, SIP trunking, LNP, 911, CNAM, DL, RespOrg, translations, routing, recording, and all associated services/peripherals)
  • Local loop ordering and delivery management (fiber or copper MSO/LEC circuits, such as DS-1, Eth, DSL, DoCSIS, LTE, WISP, HFC, MPLS, EoC, etc.)
  • Data service provisioning (SD-WAN, firewalls, MPLS, IPsec, fail-over, etc.)
  • CPE (VoIP phones, routers, switches, ATAs, etc.) configuration management and troubleshooting
  • RMA and shipping department, including 3rd party equipment fulfillment
  • Scheduling 3rd party onsite technicians
  • Carrier order fulfillment escalations
  • Correcting customer service issues immediately following a test and turn-up
  • Order Inventory management (DIDs, IP addresses, cables, routers, phones, switches, etc.)

A strong candidate for this position would have extensive experience in:

  • Master agent and sub-agent service delivery relationship management
  • Carrier escalations
  • Systematic and flawless carrier order flow and process requirements
  • Deep technical understanding of TCP/IP routers and switches (Cisco, Adtran, Juniper, etc.), SIP VoIP phones and ATAs (Cisco, Polycom, etc.), HPBX platforms and configurations (Metaswitch), and SBCs (Sansay, Acme, etc.)
  • Enterprise customer LAN/WAN internetworking and design
  • Automation tools, electronic processes, and data validation software/scripts
  • Operating a high-performance service delivery organization at a large national CLEC, MSO, ILEC or MSP
  • Managing a globally distributed workforce
  • The technical infrastructure and configurations required to operate legacy and next generation VoIP/SBC/ATA/HPBX/SIP products and services
  • Vendor contract negotiation and reviews
  • Goal setting, SLA metric management, and operational report generation
  • Each of the departments/functions outlined in the duties portion of the job description that report into the position.

Qualifications

Required:

  • A degree, preferably post-graduate, in Telecommunications, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 10-20 years of similar experience.
  • Current or expired technical, process, and/or project management certifications.
  • Reside in, or relocate to, the Los Angeles metropolitan area for work in Van Nuys, California
