Air Services International is an established FAA certified repair station specializing in Rolls Royce and Bell component overhaul. We are looking for an experienced Digital and Social Media Marketing Coordinator to immediately join our team. The Digital and Social Media Marketing Coordinator will be the main voice of Air Services International on our social media channels. As our ambassador, you will be responsible for content creation and facilitation.

Job Description

Functions and Duties include, but are not limited to:

Within the Marketing & Corporate Development team, the digital marketing & social media specialist is responsible for implementing Sia Partners' social media strategy & developing brand awareness. 

S/he will effectively manage and grow social communities across multiple platforms through insight, planning, development and delivery of social content & strong community engagement.

  • Understand, read, and write English
  • Implement marketing and advertising campaigns and continually identify ways to elevate the brand across digital channels
  • Build and develop strategy for all social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter and Instagram
  • Manage social media platforms to drive promotion, visibility, and awareness to programming and marketing of Air Services International, the brand and its content
  • Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data
  • Develop leads by identifying people in organizations from our areas of impact for further contact
  • Plan events and trade shows by coordinating requirements and schedules, establish contacts and develop mailing lists
  • Explore new opportunities to add value to the company

Qualifications

Candidates must have:

  • An ability to solve complex problems in an organized and timely fashion
  • Must be able to work with a team as well as independently
  • Must exhibit strong verbal and communication skills
  • Must have strong computer skills including spreadsheets and documents, Salesforce CRM experience is a plus, and inventory programs
  • Experience with Adobe Software
  • Web development experience is preferred, but not required
  • Understand how consumer behavior varies across different social networks
  • Have a positive outlook with a solid midwestern work ethic
  • Helping build our content and global marketing strategy
  • Preparing long- and short-term engaging content to drive the Sia Partners brand
  • Coordinating with teams in all countries/business units in order to create editorial calendars
  • Posting content on all client social media channels
  • Running marketing and social media campaigns to drive engagement and leads
  • Monitoring trends in social media, suggesting and proposing ideas
  • Delivering analytics reports on a regular basis for all social network activity, paid and organic, following specific KPIs to track and enhance social media performance
  • Helping plan and facilitate community and corporate events
