As we continue to unlock the full potential of our people and our airline, we're looking for a Supply Planning Manager, Chapter Lead, Supply Planning In-flight, to lead the capability, performance and future direction of our In-flight Supply Planning function.

About the role
As the Chapter Lead for Supply Planning In-flight, you'll provide people leadership while shaping the strategic direction of the Supply Planning capability. You'll champion continuous improvement, build capability across the team and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver planning processes that support operational excellence.

• Lead the end-to-end In-flight Supply Planning function, ensuring efficient, customer-focused outcomes
• Drive supply planning transformation initiatives that improve capability, processes and ways of working across teams
• Coach, mentor and develop a high-performing team, building capability and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Lead the design and evolution of Supply Planning standards, governance, Supply Review and Sales and Operations Planning processes
• Champion the evaluation and implementation of digital planning tools that strengthen planning capability and support strategic priorities
• Build strong supplier and stakeholder relationships to improve collaboration, planning performance and business outcomes.

What we're looking for

• 7 to 10 years' experience in Supply Planning or Supply Chain Management within a complex environment, ideally with strong Sales and Operations Planning experience
• Demonstrated experience leading and developing high-performing teams
• Proven ability to lead change and successfully deliver transformation across planning functions
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships
• Experience using digital planning systems and driving process optimisation would be an advantage
• A collaborative leader who is passionate about developing people, driving continuous improvement and creating a positive team culture.
