Did you know that we are the largest aviation brokerage in the world. We find clients who have a private charter aviation need and source aircraft which meets that need, all while providing service beyond expectations.
We are looking for someone to join our Commercial Jets team. This is where the client has a need for a private jet for 19 + passengers. The client may be a famous rugby team, a musician on a global tour, a luxury brand or could be a company providing an incentive trip for their team.
Job Description
This is a sales role; however, you don’t necessarily need to have sales experience, you do need the ability to provide exceptional service and love to travel!
We provide structured end to end training where we will teach you everything you need to know about private aviation and sales.
- Researching and identifying clients to identify new business opportunities
- Managing charter bookings from initial enquiry to completion
- Souring aircraft and contracting
- Attending the airport and or travelling on the charter to ensure the experience for the client is a smooth one
- Proactively targeting a list of potential clients through outbound sales calls, emails, visit etc
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
Qualifications
- £35,000 basic annual salary
- 10% uncapped commission
- Customer focused, ambitious and driven
- Resilient with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Highly motivated with a desire to reach and exceed targets
- Confident communicators
- Flexible and willing to work out of hours (Aviation isn’t 9-5)!
- Ability to travel
- Hold a valid driver's license
